返金・キャンセルは商品タイプにより異なります。受注制作作品は、デザイン相談を経てお一人のために制作する作品です。コレクション商品は、一点物の中古品(古物)です。
デザイン相談の実施前:デザイン相談料を全額返金いたします(決済手数料を除きます)。
デザイン相談の実施後:制作に進まれない場合、相談料は返金いたしかねます。コンセプトシート・デザイン提案はお手元に残ります。
制作開始後:受注制作品の性質上、制作開始後の返品・キャンセルは承れません。
商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・キャンセルは承れません。商品状態は各商品ページに詳しく記載し、ご不明点は購入前にお問い合わせいただけます。
輸送中に破損があった場合は、到着から7日以内にご連絡ください。無償で修復または返金にて対応します。
完成作品の価格には、保険付き・美術品梱包での送料を含みます。発送はDDU(関税元払いなし)方式です。輸入関税・輸入税・通関手数料は、配送先の国の税関が定め、購入者のご負担となります。米国をはじめ、多くの国で課税されます。当方は正確な内容で申告し、税関に必要な書類をご用意できます。
本表記および取引は日本法に準拠し、紛争は東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。ただし、お客様の居住国における強行的な消費者保護規定を妨げるものではありません。

| Selling price | All prices, including design consultation fees, are displayed on each work's page. Final prices for commissioned works are confirmed by quotation after the design consultation. |
| Additional fees | The finished-piece price includes worldwide shipping. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility and are set by the destination country's customs authority (e.g. the United States and many other countries). Bank transfer fees, if applicable, are borne by the buyer. |
| Payment method | Credit card (via Stripe), PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer (JPY only). Payment instructions are sent individually when you are invited to a consultation or receive your quotation. |
| Payment timing | Commissioned works (Kintsugi, Gemgraphy, etc.): the design consultation fee is paid before the consultation. After the quotation is agreed, a 50% deposit (consultation fee credited) is paid to begin production, and the balance is paid before delivery. Collection pieces (secondhand goods): full payment is due at the time of purchase. Items ship after payment is received in full. |
